Wagner Library?

Hello again!
Alright, so after a few deaths and failures, i managed to rank up, choosed now the second mech.
(Its the Sniper/spiderthing for everyone who is interested, i dont like close combat D:)
And got an Gift.....after some fiddling i managed to open it, and i may receive this gift in the "Wagner Library"
What is that..?

That's some weapon or stuff for you in the hangar. Check every tab in there and you'll find them
